Over the past 30 years, we’ve honed our process to make it as easy as possible to create and manufacture the perfect custom bags. You’ll be paired with a dedicated account manager who will work with you to understand exactly what type of bag you’d like to create and provide recommendations and advice for manufacturing your bag within your budget. We’ll then work with you to design your one-of-a-kind concept and will provide a pre-production sample for your approval. Once you’re happy with your bespoke bag, we’ll manufacture and deliver your quality-guaranteed custom bags!

We find that most clients go through several rounds of designs (and 3-4 samples) before perfecting their bag concept. Don’t fret - we’ll be here every step of the way to help ensure you end up with a truly one-of-a-kind bag. It usually takes approximately 3 weeks from design approval until the first bag sample is made. It can take approximately 6 months to create and manufacture your tailor-made bags. We know this may sound like a long time - but perfection is never easy!

If you decide to partner with us to manufacture your bespoke bag concept, we will happily provide a pre-production sample so you can see what your custom bag will look like before it goes to production. Please be advised that an additional charge may be applicable. Generally, if you have not partnered with us to manufacture your bag, we do not produce prototypes.

We typically require a minimum order of 300-500 units for custom bags. However, this may vary depending on your unique bag requirements. If you have any questions about minimum order quantities, feel free to give our team a ring.

Though our team is brimming with creative ideas and strategic advice, unfortunately, we can’t design your bag for you. What we can do is provide advice and inspiration and help ensure your bag design is up-to-par for production. Free design services are included in every order, and our talented in-house design studio can work with you throughout the process to help you perfect your concept and design.
