If the Rocket Bags design studio is where creativity begins, production is where precision takes over. It’s the heartbeat of the business — the place where bold ideas meet materials, machines, and meticulous craftsmanship.

“Our clients trust us with their brand,” says Gersh , Production Director. “That means every product that leaves our facility has to feel worthy of that trust. It’s not just about making something that looks good — it’s about delivering something that lasts.”

From the moment a client approves artwork, Gersh’s team sets the process in motion. Purchase orders are created, materials are sourced from audited suppliers, and factory schedules are locked in. Every partner in Rocket’s network — whether in the UK, EU, or Asia — is thoroughly vetted for quality, capability, and ethics.

“We don’t leave anything to chance,” Gersh continues. “Before any production starts, we confirm everything: Pantone codes, stitching details, fabric weights, even packaging specs. Once a sample is approved, that becomes our benchmark for everything that follows.”

Overseeing the next stage is Mathew, Rocket’s Quality and Compliance Manager. Michael’s role is to make sure each product meets not only the client’s standards but also international safety and ethical benchmarks.

“Every factory we work with must pass SMETA or BSCI audits,” Michael explains. “We look at everything — fair pay, safe conditions, working hours, and environmental impact. Our clients care about where their products come from, and so do we.”

During production, Rocket conducts inspections at multiple stages — from raw material checks to final packaging. For larger orders, independent third-party inspectors are commissioned to provide detailed photographic reports before goods even leave the factory.

“It’s about consistency,” says Daniel, Managing Director. “We’ve built our reputation on reliability. Our clients know they can hand over a complex project and sleep at night, because our systems are watertight.”

When shipments arrive at Rocket’s London base, the process continues. The dispatch team inspects quantities, packaging, and presentation. Any issues are logged and resolved before delivery. The goal is simple: zero surprises for the client.

“Quality isn’t a department,” Michael adds. “It’s a mindset that runs through every stage of what we do — from the first email to the final box on the van.”

That mindset is what has earned Rocket Bags its ISO 9001 certification year after year. But for the team, it’s more than a certificate — it’s a promise. A promise that every bag, badge, or box carrying the Rocket name has been checked, tested, and cared for by people who take pride in their craft.

In the quiet rhythm of production — the measured hum of machines, the double-check of details — you can feel that pride in every stitch.
