Order Changes and Cancellations


Here at Rocket Bags we fully appreciate that your circumstances may change after placing an order. If you notify us in writing that you wish to amend or cancel your order, we will endeavour to oblige but it will depend on the order status.

If the order has not yet gone into production, it can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. The order quantity can also be changed at this point. Any increase to the quantity may be viewed as a separate order, therefore requiring a separate contract and resulting in a separate delivery date, unless written notification is received before production on the original order begins.

If changes are requested to orders that have already entered the manufacturing process, the setup fees may be different from our original quotation depending on your new requirements, especially if plates or screens have already been made or pre-production samples have been manufactured. In this case, we will let you know about any additional charges in writing before beginning full production.

Unfortunately, we are not able to stop or change an order once it has gone into production, but we can prevent delivery or have it delivered to a different address. Any orders cancelled at this stage will still be charged as per our original quote.
